Hardware and Fixtures in Place for Project Design 2014 of RMHLI

Hello Fabulistas! I’ve watched my generous vendors’ pieces come together in the en suite bath at the RMHLI before my eyes! The biggest topper has to be the PentalQuartz custom countertop in Crystal White. Terra Tile & Marble kindly donated, fabricated, and installed the beautiful showpiece. It makes a sleek, durable surface that flows with the rest of the bath’s design.

Hardware can make or break a room. Simon’s Hardware, my go-to hardware vendor, generously said they would work with us to supply all of our cabinet hardware throughout the suite. Yudi and I took an afternoon and went down to the showroom to make our selections. I’m big on hardware…the bigger the better! I love the long, lean, curved lines of the bath vanity drawer pulls.

And these bold, rounded pulls and back plates really make a statement on the bedroom’s window seat.

These larger organic-shaped Simon’s Hardware bin pulls are going to look phenomenal on our desk. And just wait until you see how the hardware looks on our custom transFORM closet…Oops! Did I say too much? You’ll just have to wait and see on our next blog post!

From cabinet hardware to bath hardware, I selected brushed nickel Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures for their modern and clean look. The German company has more than a century of expertise in sleek bathroom products and just as much generosity. Thank you, Hansgrohe, for helping me realize my vision for a serene bath space.

Every item and element that goes into my Project Design 2014 bedroom suite at the RMHLI brings us one step closer to comforting families who stay there. Please help by donating and making a difference in these families’ lives. Also be sure to purchase a gala ticket to witness the suite’s big reveal and see the other designers’ hard work!
